How to Enable Cookies in Your Web Browser

You will need to enable cookies in your Web browser to use the interactive features of MyChart. Follow the simple steps to enable cookies for the following Web browsers:

Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11.0 and above:

  1. Click the WindowsStartbutton, thenControl Panel.
  2. If the Control Panel is in Category View, click theNetwork and Internetcategory. If the Control Panel is in Icon View, you may skip to the next step.
  3. ClickInternet Options.
  4. Click thePrivacytab.
  5. Adjust the Settings slider to any setting other thanBlock All Cookies. Higher settings are safer for your computer.
  6. ClickOKto exit.

Mozilla Firefox 45.0 and above (PC):

  1. Click theFirefoxdrop-down menu.
  2. Click theOptions button, or expand theOptions menuand then selectOptionswithin it.
  3. Click thePrivacytab.
  4. In theHistorysection, selectRemember history.
  5. If you would prefer toUse custom settings for history, make sure thatAccept cookies from sitesis selected.
  6. Click theOKbutton.

Mozilla Firefox 45.0 and above (Mac):

  1. Go to theFirefoxdrop-down menu.
  2. ClickPreferencesand thenPrivacy.
  3. In theHistorysection, selectRemember history.
  4. If you would prefer toUse custom settings for history, make sure thatAccept cookies from sitesis selected.
  5. Click theOKbutton.

谷歌Chrome 50。x及以上(PC and Mac):

  1. Click themenu icon(Customize and control Google Chrome) in the upper right and then select Settings (PC) or Preferences (Mac).
  2. ClickShow advanced settings....
  3. In thePrivacysection, click the内容设置…button.
  4. UnderCookies, select"Blocked".
  5. Click theOKbutton.
  6. Close theSettingstab.

Safari 7.x and above (Mac):

  1. Go to theSafaridrop-down menu.
  2. ClickPreferencesand thenPrivacy.
  3. In theBlock Cookiessection in the Content Settings window, select theFrom third parties and advertisersoption.
  4. Click theOKbutton.
